I don't know I don't think she reacted with emotion, it may not have helped but it did cause the cops to have to change their focus

I still don't get why they arrested her it's not like it was evidence they didn't have a warrant for the vial

Its not legal. Even if state law says an officer doesnt need consent for a blood test, if the hospital policy says no forceful draws the staff can absolutely refuse. They're not "obstructing", they're simply exercising their right to not assist police in an investigation.

Owoh's Corner :
From an artist's perspective, as the ones who are meant to capture a symbolic record of the state and times. What she did was merely a choice, and in her mind that choice was what she was able to do on her own autonomy and power for the situation. There is record and recording of the officers not having any form of probable cause or warrant to acquire that blood as sample of evidence, and so whether it provided support for or against their point, it would have been inadmissible in the court of law because the police did not go through the proper channels to get it. On the woman's part; this is a sentimental point, but we as human beings have a spiritual and somewhat moral calling to hold each other accountable, to uphold what is right— and even under the purview of Anthropology, it is the calling of the society to socialize, engrain, and uphold the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual rules and orders of the society. Destroying the blood sample was her conclusion as well as what she had the ability to do in the moment to maintain the fairness and "righteousness" of the moment.

It isn’t destruction of evidence as the blood sample wouldn’t be admissible evidence regardless. Illegal obtained. Officers made two illegal arrests and several assaults. This shit is propaganda.
