I assume the correct letter won't be far behind in the post lol x This is just posted because it made me smile x This year, there was an error made in the annual rent increase notification of my side of the street, which meant they were over charging us, so I questioned it. The council were very good about it to be fair to them, and said it would be removed for all of us. But no adjustment letter has ever been sent, and when I was sent a DD notification last week the amount had not changed, so I questioned it again. They apologised and said they'd send an amended one. Apparently this is the amended DD notification adjustment letter... 😁 Given how terrible some council housing problems are nowadays, I will say that over the 30 years we have been in social housing, we have always found Lewes District Council to be good landlords. We do know we are very lucky to be in social housing, we know it is a privilege many would give their back teeth for and we are incredibly grateful x
