Beast boy always on freak timing 🤣🤣🤣💚💚💚 Teen Titans Go premiered in 2013 as a reboot of the original Teen Titans series that ended in 2006 and from the moment it aired it divided an entire generation of kids straight down the middle 👀😤 The original Teen Titans which ran from 2003 to 2006 was darker, serialized, and treated its audience like they could handle actual stakes and emotion. Teen Titans Go came in loud, comedic, and completely unserious and kids who grew up on the original were NOT ready for that shift 😮‍💨📺 The cast kept the same voice actors which somehow made it more controversial fr fr 💀 🔴 Robin — went from brooding leader to unhinged control freak and people still haven't forgiven it 🟡 Starfire — same sweet energy but somehow even more chaotic 🟢 Beast Boy and Cyborg — carried the whole show on their backs with the comedy ngl ⚫ Raven — the only character who felt like she belonged in both versions Here's the thing though 👀 Teen Titans Go has now been running for over a decade and has more episodes than almost any other Cartoon Network show in history 😭 The kids who grew up on IT are now nostalgic for IT the same way 2000s kids were nostalgic for the original Every generation gets the Teen Titans they deserve 😤🔥 Drop a 💜 if you rode for the original or a ⭐ if Teen Titans Go was actually your childhood #teentitans - @only2010skidsremember
