Andrew is MILES away from where electro is in this scene, electro at this point wasn’t doing anything harmful, nothing dangerous, had no intention to do harm, and despite that, Andrew STILL sensed the POTENTIAL threat from MILES away. Yes, Tom sensing a personality change is CRAZY, but this feat is just as impressive, if not more impressive
