The mistake: “My resume pretty much covers everything.” ❌ Here’s the better approach: Pick something genuinely unique. A niche hobby. An unexpected skill. A story people don’t usually hear. Make it specific. Memorable. Easy to retell. (They’ll meet 10+ candidates - give them a reason to remember you.) Keep it professional-adjacent, but let personality show.
