People really don't understand you dont have to buy the brand new 2026 model to get a good quality rv with maybe some minor issues that will ultimately be cheaper to fix up than getting a brand new one.

My husband and I found a tiny little piece of land for $3,000 and somebody was giving away yes literally giving away a trailer it was a single one super small and covered in mold. it needed a complete replumbing. My parents helped us remodel it and we moved it to her little piece of land and live there for several years while we banked our money and now we live in a beautiful beautiful home. we did manage to lay in the home before the housing market crashed. but people think you have to do everything that traditional way non-traditional that's what gets you somewhere think outside the box. personally I feel like I just got really really lucky

I got mine for 3.5k. It was in great condition actually. And I'm lucky I've never had an issue with it being an early 2000s model.

around here (nj) they won't let you bring in an rv that is over 10 years old. i think *maybe the state park may let you, but not entirely sure. but i do know they've gotten rid of year round campgrounds. what state are you in?

I live in 2021. I did pay 32,000, but it's not 100k for a second-hand camper. Do not buy a new camper; research what to look for when inspecting a used camper.

The only problem I have is that, where I live (in the northeast) many places have limits on how long you can stay and most RVs don’t seem to truly be year round options.

My RV is 35 years old. It’s still a good “tiny house”. Now granted the RV park I’m going to charges more than $400/month but it’s still cheaper than renting where I am.
