I told my gp that I think I have sleep apnea because I keep waking up , falling asleep during the day and then I struggle to sleep to sleep at night he gave me antidepressants

I got diagnosed with severe depression in 2024.. then this year they changed it to "low mood".. but they still increased my medication 🤷🤦

Happy to say that I went for a mental health appointment last week and my Dr was SO lovely. I was expecting this to be fair but he definitely took me seriously. 🙏🏻

Ngl my doctor was amazing when I was off work with depression- was off work 5 months - she even wrote me a line when she was making sure the medicine was supporting me and I I was on the correct dose due to work stress
