It's a crosswalk, he has the right of way, even more so because of the yield sign. Also, so what if he's standing in front of your truck? That doesn't mean keep driving. Furthermore as the first hit with the mirror may have been an accident, the video clearly shows you cranking the wheel towards him as you continued pulling forward, which means you did it intentionally. Which I'm pretty sure is a felony. Then you also left without reporting it or calling your supervisor, which I'm pretty sure is also a felony, but those are both for sure policy violations.

On the one hand you can clearly see the guy recording is being obnoxious and deliberately confrontational with just seems unnecessary with what little we know based on this short clip however it’s undeniably clear that the officer makes deliberate turns off the wheel directly into the pedestrian, that’s not ok. What a broken world we live in, I’m sad about the direction our country is heading as a whole. I think we are all broken and fall short of the glory of Jesus an could all stand to learn a few things from his example while here in this earth.
