Kiwi and chia seeds have genuinely made a difference for me. I’ve struggled with constipation for years and had previously written them off as “not working,” but about three months ago, when my digestion was particularly bad, I decided to stick with it properly. I gradually built up to two kiwis a day and added chia seed pudding every other day plus a cup warm water in the mornings. Since then, I’ve finally become regular. I do notice that if I skip even a day of kiwi, things start to slow down again, so consistency seems to be key. I’m hoping that by keeping this up, I can maintain steady, reliable digestion long term.

how much is too much when it comes to chia seeds? im giving my daughter approx 3 desert spoonfulls per day, 2 x kiwis, high fibre cereal, fruit, veg. she has endometriosis so suffers with constipation
