My doctor suggested I get on anxiety meds. I never picked up my prescription, and instead do long walks, workout classes, gym. Mental health improved and the body is bodying 😁

Running releases endorphins and seratonin. This helps be calm. I’ve been doing it for a year and a half and now I’m addicted. I need to run to stay content, not overly stressed, calm, and peace. The chatters seems to melt alway. Keep going!! 💪💪💪💪💪💪

I've tried to explain this to so many people. After going through so much trauma, pain, suffering, to feel that dopamine after a good run is the best feeling in the world. The harder you go the better you feel, to force that much bit of happiness into your life. Tread on bro bro, you're doing GREAT!
