I'm going into week 4 I've been eating so little, protein first excersizing etc lost nothing but my glucose level went from 16 to 6 (south African measures) which is normal it's even gone to 5.8 I'm amazed but also no sugar little carbs. I wish the scale would show...

It's tough to eat 250g or prota day on Reta. I lift 5/6x a week. Scam has stalled for2 weeks. 10-13k steps a day. Great sleep. I feel i may be losing inches not so much weight

This is so true I am on my fifth week and the scale has not moved and I got on the scale today which I didn’t get on the scale for three days cause normally I every day by myself, but I was down 6 pounds. My body’s been loose, losing a lot of inches so my back’s been hurting so I was so surprised by the scale today.

8 weeks in lost almost 7kgs and stuck, scales hasnt moved in 2 weeks😭 should i just continue as i am or take more reta?

Just my experience here I took Reta for one week, no problem other than I take chronic insomnia meds it delayed them for kicking in. Other than that, lost a couple pounds first week!!! Need sleep over weight lose I’ll try something, my wegovey never did that!
