Note: ESP32 S3 is a micro controller, it will never be able to run any operating system, it basically has no memory, if you reallt want to make a phone use something like a Radxa Rock Zero (A bit more power than a raspberry pi zero), Also would recommend searching the difference between a microcontroller and a sbc
