I have drive there and the road doesn’t have a sign or anything that says is a continuos line. So teachnically isn’t the other drivers fault. It was being cautious.

way tooooooooooooo local holy hell. too close. this is like an on ramp style road to get on fourth plain and yes it's annoying when people slow down it's like getting on the freeway not much different.
