Does the defrost before heating help it from being all watery? When I’ve tried freezing meals before it ends up watery after reheating 😅

I made that chicken based on your recipe, just swapped a couple of things that I didn't have, and it was delicious! (even used the cubes to portion my rice and chicken for a super easy lunch at work!
