Some people really went in so judgy they didn’t allow themselves to even try to enjoy it. I had a great time and can’t wait for the next episode. At the end of the day not everything is for everyone, okay so some people didn’t like it, move on instead of shaming others for liking/wanting to like it and give it a go.

It wasn’t perfect, and some of the sketches didn’t really work for me, but overall it was a really solid start on something that people were always looking for to fail. Shep, Young and Maglioni were phenomenal, the news desk segment was excellent and a number of other sketches really hit the sweet spot as well.

I watched it, sure it wasn’t the funniest thing I’ve never watch but hell it’s the FIRST episode. They gotta find their ground and iron out some bits first obviously. I can’t see it SNL UK working tho.

someone made a great point yesterday - when you watch a show on Netflix, you'll very often say "give it a few episodes to get going" but with comedy people need it to be funny IMMEDIATELY or they slate it.....

yeah that’s not the problem, we’re miserable but we like GOOD comedy - last one laughing and mock the week are better than ever, just shows that we don’t like things that are unfunny 🤷🏼‍♀️
