For anyone who wants to make it from scratch here’s the recipe as girl from the Middle East : 1 liter of milk 2 tablespoons of cornstarch half a cup water and sugar you start by adding the milk in a bot on a LOW heat and then you mix the cornstarch with the water when the milk is warm you add sugar and keep mixing then you add the cornstarch mixture and KEEP ON MIXING DONT STOP MIXING when it comes to a boil it well start to thicken you take it of the heat and add some cinnamon on top and that’s it (you could add sugar as much as you want).
