My aunt was shown Mayonnaise (not miracle whip) she put a dollop of mayo in her eggs and scrambled them good then cooked them, they were good n fluffy

My mom did the same. After I learned to mix with just butter and properly use the heat, my scrambled eggs are always incredible. It’s all in the technique with eggs. Butter, eggs, salt, and chives or hot sauce for fun!

I use a dollop of ricotta, a bit of salted butter, cook low and slow, add a bit of salt and the smallest dash of shredded cheddar cheese
