@vikehair: Read! 1. Wet your hair thoroughly Use lukewarm water (not too hot). Make sure your scalp and all your hair are fully soaked. 2. Apply shampoo Pour a small amount of shampoo into your hand (about a coin-size, more if you have long hair). Rub it between your hands, then apply it mainly to your scalp, not the ends. 3. Massage your scalp Use your fingertips (not your nails) to gently massage your scalp for about 30–60 seconds. This removes dirt, oil, and buildup. 4. Rinse well Rinse out all the shampoo completely. Let the suds run through the ends of your hair, no need to scrub them. 5. Double shampoo cleanse Apply the shampoo again and repeat step 3-4. 6. Apply conditioner Put conditioner on the mid-lengths and ends of your hair (avoid the scalp). Leave it in for 2–3 minutes. 7. Rinse again Rinse thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water.
