i see this a lot here in australia, i believe this is a sign of skin damage caused by the sun! since its on your shoulders i think its possible that the area wasn’t properly covered by sunscreen bc that area can be hard to reach yourself

Okay listen, scrubbing your shoulders is the problem. Try to IMMEDIATELY put aloe in ABUNDANCE all over your shoulders and anywhere you usually peel. Do this for days
