@dashhudson_: One thing I want to make clear with this image, because I don’t want this to turn into a debate about “grown men should just know better,” is this: We’re talking about brain development. The prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain responsible for decision making, emotional regulation, impulse control, and understanding consequences, doesn’t fully mature until the mid to late 20s. That’s science. But what also matters, and what people overlook, is that development doesn’t happen in isolation. It is shaped by environment. The way a young man is raised can either support that development or disrupt it. I grew up in a household where I wasn’t allowed to feel. I wasn’t allowed to be vulnerable. The only thing I ever knew was anger. If I was sad, that became anger. If I was overwhelmed, that became anger. If I was scared, that became anger. Add physical abuse into that, and now you’re not developing emotional intelligence, you’re developing survival patterns. So yes, the brain is growing, but the way it’s being wired is not healthy. My development was stunted. Not because I didn’t have the ability, but because I didn’t have the environment that supported it. And when you grow up like that, you don’t just “snap out of it” as an adult. You carry that into your relationships, your communication, your identity. This is why so many young men and grown men show up in what looks like a childlike state. No emotional connection. No expression. Shut down. Reactive. It’s not always immaturity. A lot of the time, it’s undeveloped emotional capacity. I lived this. And it took me years to unlearn, rebuild, and catch up to what a healthy, functioning emotional and mental state should look like. So the real conversation isn’t just calling men out. It’s asking: What are we doing early on? Are young men being taught how to understand what they feel Are they being given language for their emotions Are they being corrected or are they being guided Are they being punished for expression or taught how to process it If we want different men, we have to raise them differently. Young men need to be loved, protected, and placed in environments that support their mental and emotional development, not suppress it. Because if you don’t guide his mind while it’s developing, he will spend his life trying to fix what was never taught.

I think this is completely false in my opinion from a theory.. listen, hear me out.don’t get mad. Females develop faster than men right? Well once a woman turns 30 and above 30, is when ours develop, so men still have a while right? Maybe their 40’s depending on who the are as a person same as ladies right?

I'm in the my emotions are strong, but I'm still learning how to control them. Which is true?Because if somebody made me mad to the point where I was crying, I probably would have screamed at them if they were a stranger
