10 years at Toyota dealer . Rule 1 negotiate the highest rate coming in . Rule 2 you will not get a raise after unless you ask …..Glad I left a decade ago, work county fleet now .

never been more happy to work in a shop that doesnt have tile floors. bro that is just dangerous. I would just empty a bag of speedy dry and call it a day rather walk on that. Anywho one I didnt ask for a raise for over a year once and then got called in the office and they gave me a 5 dollar raise.
