In the beginning of my journey, I lost my ability to speak completely for weeks… It gradually got better, thank goodness! Now, if I have a flare, I will lose my ability to speak, but it’s only for a short time.

Mine will be a garbled mess because I loose my fine motor skills and can’t articulate the sound. I know exactly what I’m saying but it comes out sounding like a babbling baby. 🤦🏻♀️when I first got sick I developed a crazy accent that would come and go throughout a sentence, that was wild! I would even hear it in my dreams, I was like wtf?!? My kids thought it was absolutely hilarious and would have me say different things to see how they sounded 😂

ive had periods of this and it absolutely scared the poop out of me the first time. try humming or maming any other noises when you feel it come on.. it worked absolute wonders for me

![#Repost • @Metrópoles Oficial Após cumprir seis meses de suspensão por quebra de decoro parlamentar e retomar o mandato na Câmara dos Deputados em 12 de junho, o deputado federal Glauber Braga (PSol-RJ) afirmou nesta quarta-feira (17/6), em entrevista ao Metrópoles, que manterá a mesma atuação política que exercia antes do afastamento. “Quanto mais eles [seus adversários políticos] fustigarem ou me perseguirem por razões injustas no cumprimento da minha tarefa parlamentar, mais expostos eles ficarão. Quem tem que pensar duas vezes se devem tocar essa perseguição ou não, são eles”, afirmou o parlamentar. Segundo Glauber, o período fora da Câmara serviu para que ele se preparasse para voltar ao exercício do mandato. “Foi o momento de recarregar a energia para voltar com todas as condições de fazer os enfrentamentos que são necessários. Não foi um período para colocar o pé no freio ou recuar das denúncias que o governo já vinha fazendo especialmente ao ‘orçamento secreto’. Será o mesmo Glauber de sempre”, afirmou. Sobre os seis meses em que permaneceu suspenso por ter agredido um integrante do Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL), o deputado afirmou que manteve a agenda política e dedicou parte do tempo à família. Glauber disse que o afastamento “foi um período de trabalho e de cuidados com a família” e afirmou que “não parou de trabalhar” durante esse período. Segundo o parlamentar, ele realizou 51 reuniões públicas em diferentes regiões do país para discutir temas da conjuntura nacional e internacional, pontos de um programa de governo para o estado do Rio de Janeiro e estratégias eleitorais para 2026. De acordo com Glauber, uma das discussões envolveu a possibilidade de disputar o governo fluminense ou buscar a reeleição para a Câmara dos Deputados. A segunda alternativa acabou prevalecendo.
