Boredom is a frame of mind. I was okay saying “ I can’t afford it”. I remember one weekend I just chilled on my sofa for hours. No TV or Music. Just the peace of mind was priceless.

Boring is relative. I wish for the focus time to read my free Kindle books or clean my house. You have to find no cost "rewards." Is your reward social time or hobbies, etc.?
