I gain 1-2kg with every period in 12-24 hours and for me that’s such a difference (no rings, watch to tight ect) I’ve been swollen severely due to cancer and chemo, but 10kg in a day!! Insane! You have my deepest sympathy! You are a rockstar 🤟🏻

This is so real 😅 people don’t understand how crazy the fluctuations can get… I used to wake up feeling like a completely different person day to day. Bloating, swelling, low energy, just feeling off in my own body. It made me feel so frustrated and honestly stuck. Then in a women’s group someone mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I followed it and everything shifted—28 lbs down, less puffiness, body finally feels more stable. feels like no one talks about this
