Yes! My favorite brands are RevolCares & Period.Co. I own 5 pairs. Absorption levels are 1 Light, 2 Heavy & 2 Overnight. Pretty good coverage from front to back. My only heaviest day is ny 2nd day. Where it feels like its constantly flowing. So On my 2nd day, I would wear pads & tampons with my period panties in public but just the underwear at home.
