Macros (per serving - makes 6) 🔥 Calories — 184 Protein — 5g Carbs — 25g Fat — 8g Ingredients 🥣 170g Sugar free vanilla yogurt 100g Corn flakes 125g 72% Dark chocolate chips (melted) How to make 👨‍🍳 1️⃣ Melt your chocolate chips until smooth 2️⃣ Mix the melted chocolate with corn flakes until fully coated 3️⃣ Line a loaf pan with parchment paper 4️⃣ Add half the chocolate cornflake mixture and press it down 5️⃣ Spread your yogurt evenly on top 6️⃣ Add the remaining cornflake mixture on top and press down again 7️⃣ Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid, then cut into bars The crunch on this is absolutely insane.
