I fix this by using a toner pad to gently remove any dead skin and really moisturise the areas with dryness well and that usually helps before putting on my cushion foundation!

trust me use 3-4 layers of toner that’s not too thick for your skin prep, then slather moisturizer on places that your skin usually have flakes. wait a couple min then use a wet cotton pad with toner to gently remove the flakes in circular motion. then use any primer or sunscreen of your choice. and the most important thing is let your skin prep sit for AT LEAST 5 MINUTES. it will save you more time than having to remove everything and start over again!

it happens because we rushed out of the process. The skin prep hasn't dried properly on the skin, and when you put your base, it's just pile up with skincare.
