cheesy garlic potato balls 🤎 recipe : 5 yellow potatoes 5 tbsp cornstarch (plus some for rolling) (40g) 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) (6g) 1 tsp garlic powder (3g) 1/2 tsp onion powder (1.5g) 1/4 tsp black pepper (0.5g) 1 tsp parsley (1g) & low moisture mozzarella & i also used pepperjack :p cut & peel your potatoes. then boil until they're fork tender. add to a bowl and mash up until smooth. then add in your spices & cornstarch, mix until a dough forms. seperate your dough (i did 1 heaping tbsp for each, i got 9 balls) then flatten & add your cheese. roll them back up and roll in cornstarch (don't skip this step, you want to lightly coat them it helps with the crispy skin). let freeze for 30 mins - 1 hr. then fry until golden brown on each side. let dry on a rack a bit before eating. #cheese #potato #garlic #baking #Recipe
