Tienes básicamente dos opciones: Volver a ejecutar el configure forzando a «no» esas funciones Aplicar un parche muy sencillo (o un stub) en file_utils.c Vale, vamos a verlo paso a paso. El problema es que en Android (Termux) no existen las funciones syncfs(2) ni sync_file_range(2). Al compilar PostgreSQL, el sistema acaba generando llamadas a esas funciones y da error.
