I love cinnamon rolls, but only when they’re actually soft and gooey. I can’t deal with the dry ones. So if you like your cinnamon rolls soft and fluffy this recipe is definitely for you. No stand mixer needed either. Just a bowl, a wooden spoon and your hands. Also, make sure you use Rewa Butter. I’m serious, it makes a difference. Recipe: Dough 2 cups flour ⅓ cup sugar 2¼ teaspoons instant yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1½ cups milk 6 tablespoons Rewa Butter 1 large egg 2½ cups flour Mix the dry ingredients first. Warm the milk and butter until warm, not hot, then add it to the dry ingredients with the egg. Mix everything together, then knead by hand for around 10–15 minutes until the dough is smooth and stretchy. Let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Roll it out, add your cinnamon filling, roll it up and cut into pieces. Place them in your baking tray and let them rise again for 30 minutes. After they’ve risen, melt some Rewa Butter and mix it with a little milk. Brush or pour it over each roll, then pour the whipping cream over the top and bake. Add your cream cheese frosting once they’re out and still warm. Soft cinnamon rolls only 😚
