Everyone talks about labour migration, but refugees are being ignored — especially those fleeing political persecution or because they are LGBTQ in countries where they face real danger. These people cannot safely return, even after 10 years. Keeping them in limbo for up to 20 years is not policy — it’s a violation of human rights.
