Есть догадка, что пузырёк это надпрограмма, контролирующая решения Кейна и осуждающая его за какие-то неправильные действия. Посмотрите ролики с обучением ИИ там практически всегда есть такая прога, чтобы ИИ мог фиксировать успех и неудачи. А в конце Кейн ломает эту "надпрограмму" и выходит из под контроля

Notice how bubble, when you look really close. Is a pattern of red and blue constantly intermixing. He is a process of red eating blue. Bubble is merely a subconscious projection of Caines inner thoughts. A “thought bubble” so if this is true for Bubble it’s true for Caine. In short red and blue cannot be separated and Bubble might be the “real” game master the ??? In the files.
