i can't believe anyone would say sam keith is a bad artist. he's one of the most unique and impressive artists I've ever seen and he got me into comics. a little over a year ago i watched the maxx and i wanted to collect everything the maxx i could find. it took me over a year but about two months ago i have collected all issues of the maxx and some figures. i hope that one day, with the consent of his family, whoever owns the copyright to the maxx can release an omni or compendium because more people should experience this masterwork of storytelling. we really lost a legend

Where can you even read the maxx? Its been out of print for a while so the physical copies are ridiculously pricey so is there a website or something i can use?

Sam Keith was always one of my favorites, I enjoyed four women and my inner bimbo. sure most of his works (like the Maxx) are kinda soured because it felt like he was screaming for help half the time. but I had a great journey for the past 2 years of collecting every Maxx book and appearance along with Journey and I even got to talk to Will Messner Loeb's... I guess I'll never get my copies of issue 1 and 2 signed. RIP Sam Keith, (thank you for getting me through my final year of highschool)
