how do you get the liquid in the actual pen tho? do you load the actual vile on the pen or do you have to extract it from the vile first them pour it into the pen?

I normally let klow get to room temp when I use a 💉I just put my klow in a pen now I cant leave it out at room temp each night cause that wont be good for the pep right?
