Highlighting a woman by explaining why the man we've just seen for 10 years is ultimately less intelligent/strong/courageous than her is the worst thing they could have done. Trying to establish superiority by simplifying Bruce's trauma just to say, "I handle my anger better than you because I'm a woman." The same thing with Ironheart: "Tony was Iron Man because he was rich." With that single line, she erased EVERYTHING Tony did, sacrificed, etc., just to imply that Tony was first and foremost a privileged, rich white man, and that without all that, he would be nothing. How did this pseudo-feminism kill two characters who could have been incredible if it weren't centered on the "boo hoo, I'm a woman, life is hard"
