I can understand some people need to food prep, but in terms of energy, food once is cooked it only has energetic value at least 24hrs after its been cooked. Therefore it’s not healthy to eat food that has already been cooked days ahead, even worse if its being in the fridge…

Great meal prep. One very important tip -- you need to up your feta game. The one you are using isn't very good and once you try a really good feta you'll know what I mean. The best is the Dodoni brand that's sold in blocks in brine. But if you can't find that then Costco, Wegman's and Trader Joe's all sell "barrel-aged" feta in brine. They are good but get Dodoni if you can and please report back! It will change your cheese life!

I love doing eggs bites but they take me forever to make for whatever reason (our oven doesn’t retain heat, that’s the reason) HOWEVER I highly recommend adding like a T of corn starch to the egg mixture and putting a pan of boiling water in the oven too with them so the steam cooks them too. Makes them super fluffy
