My prime was 21-24. I’m 27 now and my body doesn’t feel the same. Random body parts will hurt certain days, I recover slower from injury and I’m more prone to injury now. Have had to take a step back from like 100% effort to 85% in order to keep myself healthy.

"your prime" is not a scientific thing. Physically humans typically have large capacity for growth and healing throughout the 20s and then it begins a slow dropoff starting at around 30. But that is one aspect of being a human, and varies WILDLY based on diet, lifestyle, habits, zip code, job, and genetics to the point that it's completely meaningless.
