the bell is for hearing heart sounds and lung sounds though? do yall not know that? you are supposed to flip between them? the bell is specifically used to hear s1 and s2 as well as wheezing and cracking and if you do a full head to toe you will use both the bell and the diaphragm throughout. this stethoscope will not work.

have none of you seen a littmen master cardiology. it has 1 side. not 2. based on the amount of pressure applied while listening it will allow you to distinguish like the typical littmen classic or cardiology. look it up.
