one thing i always question, as an adopted child, are ancestors we can venerate and work with only on direct bloodline? in life, my adopted great grandmommy and granddaddy were everything to me and they loved me like no one else. they were my family in life does that bond dissolve in death?

I have never felt anything in Church but when my mom died in 15 I just tapped into my ancestry and never look back.. Now I just sit in gratitude with my Ancestors to reminisce and just talk all I ask for is the ability to only ever need to come in gratitude 💜
