I like taking leftover egg roll paper and putting like a table spoonful or two of cheesecake pie filling and make a fried cheesecake egg roll they are phenomenal or just take the plain paper and drop the whole square into the grease and you'll get like this crispy sheet and you can drizzle honey and cinnamon or brown sugar on it and it's just a quick easy dessert that's honestly not that bad for calories either
