Hats off to the RN taking care of the child. Not only this is so labor intensive. The nurses are usually the best in the field. Sharp minds molded with experience. Little change and theyre already on it. Super high stress work environment. I worked in similar CVICU for congenital problem, but no ecmo and dialysis. This is the cream of the crop RNs.
