What he’s saying is that your real life that you experience every day is only “dreamt” of by your consciousness. Everything you see around you is only made up by you in order for you to have an experience you couldn’t have otherwise

Ive had lucid, prophetic, & visitation dreams since 2014. I used to be able to astral project until I had a horrible sleep paralysis episode. Never tried again after that. I used to jump into the ocean from the moon 🌙✨💖
