My problem is I’m overweight and tall. That means 195 g of protein. Which is insane. I try to hit 150g a day and I HAVE to supplement. There’s no other way. That’s with me eating eggs for breakfast and chicken or tuna or salmon for lunch and dinner. Add in lentils for fiber and protein and it’s still so tough.
