@sarahbanksie: A quick explanation on how I dried up my breastmilk over a span of a few months. Start early and make it a gradual process for minimal pain and discomfort!! ##breastfeeding##breastmilk##breastfeedingtips##breastmilktok##newmomtips
I’ve been breastfeeding for 5 years straight and I’m terrified for that day to begin stopping 😬 it’s so painful being engorged

I’m still slightly lactating (.5 oz) after stopping at 12 months and my son is 18 months now - anyone else?

Currently drying up my milk after exclusively nursing for almost 13 months and I also weaned my feedings to be less and less but I fear my 🍈🍈 still have filled up so much since I’ve stopped lol. I didn’t realize how much that one feed in the morning was relieving my body of milk. I’m going into day 5 tomorrow of no feeds and they’re definitely full & tender I have some ducts that are daring to be clogged. I’ve been hand pumping the slightest bit but it’s def more painful than I anticipated

I’m currently in the weaning process from pumping & down to 3 pumps per day. I’ve been doing 3 for about a month (ish) now

Hmm I’ve been wondering how I will go about this when the time comes. Not sure when I want to start though. I want my guy to get as much of my milk as possible.
