@snatched.anna: Calorie banking is saving your calories earlier in the day or during the week so you can spend them later. In my case, I eat clean during the week and less clean on weekends. It works perfectly with my social life, reduces guilt around eating out, and makes my diet sustainable while still maintaining my body. Total was 2400-2700 kcal I think
How do you know you have a maintenance intake of 1500 kcal? You're young, tall, and have muscle mass. How is that possible? 1500 is the maintenance intake for an elderly person.
