blue neutralizes yellow, you need green to neutralize red. try the same matrix mask but get the green one

Hi! I have natural red undertones in my hair and I lightened my hair and I have done many different purple and blue shampoos, conditioners, and masks. But recently a few days ago, I bought the Wella toner and developer and I toned my hair myself and it gave me the best results for only less than $20 at home. in my experience, the purple shampoo’s only damaged my hair further.

You’re going to have to bleach your hair. Unfortunately these products only work for hair lifted to a level 9-10. Which is VERY blonde already.

Your hair isn’t light enough for it to work. Try doing a bleach wash, 1:1:1 lightener, developer, and shampoo it’s not as damaging but will lighten it enough for it to get out of that ginger level

Your hair is copper. All over. You’re going to have to bleach it if you want it blonde or just dye it if you want it brown. That brassiness isn’t going anywhere because it’s your all over hair color at the moment.
