@meat.hanger: It was time for another big breakfast so I went all in on an over the top Australian Brekkie. I started with a tomahawk. Got it down on the griddle, built that crust, then let the flames take over and do their thing. While that was going, the rest of the plate started coming together. Beef bacon slowly crisping up, potatoes boiling away before getting tossed straight into that bacon fat. In the same pan went portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, and slabs of halloumi cheese. Then came the sourdough bread, which I cut two slices from and toasted them over butter. One slice was smeared in more butter and some Vegemite. The other was stacked with smashed avo, everything seasoning, and crumbled feta. At that point the steak was done and rested, so it was time to bring it home with two sunny side eggs and a flat white to go with it.
