Coat in flour, dip in slurry, then coat again in flour. Press to create a craggy texture. Rest 10 minutes. 9. Heat oil to 170°C. Fry chicken 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain on a rack. 10. Cook frozen chips according to package or fry at 180°C until golden and crispy. Season with salt and chicken salt. 11. For coleslaw, mix cabbage, carrot, and onion. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, then toss together. Chill before serving. 12. Serve fried chicken with chips, coleslaw, and warm dinner rolls. 13.
