Im a mix between anxious/avoident. Like I'll show i care and get anxious if I feel like someone doesn't care about me anymore but then the switch flips and I all of a sudden dont even care if they dont and just let it be and forget about it like it didnt mean anything

I hate having such a strong attraction for someone, and then one small thing ruins it all, turns off everything in my brain that once liked them and turns it into hatred, with no regret, no remorse, no care to the other person, it’s like it servers everything good about that person that I liked and idk how to stop it
