I mixed the oil to my body cream and applied it only at night ,but uses only d oil at day time.if u don’t want to mix it to your body cream u can use only d oil just like d way u do apply ur body cream on ur body .but take note‼️it might not work for everyone so u can just try ur luck👌👌
